Continuing Education Courses
At Muscle Masters Self Care Services, we believe continued education is essential to professional growth and excellence in massage therapy. We offer high-quality CE courses designed to help licensed massage therapists expand their knowledge, strengthen skills, and meet license renewal requirements. Led by an experienced, nationally board-certified massage therapist and educator, our courses combine practical instruction, evidence-informed techniques, and real-world applications. Our mission is to empower massage professionals with the confidence and skills needed to provide exceptional care while advancing their careers.
1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Muscle Masters Self Care Services is committed to providing high-quality continuing education courses for massage therapy professionals. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require participants to cancel or reschedule their enrollment.
Student Cancellation Policy:
- 14 or more days before the course: Participants may cancel and receive a full refund less deposit.
- 7–13 days before the course: Participants may cancel and receive a 50% refund less deposit.
- Less than 7 days before the course: No refunds will be issued.
- No-shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior notification will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling and Transfers:
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another available course date at least 7 days before the scheduled class. Transfers are subject to availability and may be approved at the discretion of Muscle Masters Self Care Services.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
If Muscle Masters Self Care Services cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of their course registration fee.
- The opportunity to transfer their registration to a future course date.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. ADA ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Muscle Masters Self Care Services is committed to providing an inclusive, accessible, and supportive learning environment for all continuing education participants.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable laws, we welcome individuals with disabilities and strive to provide reasonable accommodations that allow participants equal opportunities to access and successfully complete our educational courses.
Participants who require accommodations due to a disability are encouraged to contact Muscle Masters Self Care Services at least 14 days before the scheduled course, whenever possible, to discuss their individual needs.
Reasonable accommodations may include accessible classroom arrangements, modified instructional materials, additional breaks, or other appropriate adjustments based on individual circumstances.
Accommodation requests will be evaluated individually and handled confidentially. Requests submitted with less than 14 days' notice will also be considered, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate them.
Muscle Masters Self Care Services does not discriminate based on disability and is dedicated to providing equal access to its continuing education programs.
3. GRIEVANCE AND COMPLAINT POLICY
Muscle Masters Self Care Services is committed to providing high-quality continuing education in a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment. We value participant feedback and are dedicated to addressing concerns and resolving complaints fairly, promptly, and confidentially.
Filing a Grievance:
Participants who have concerns regarding course content, instructor conduct, instructional quality, accessibility, attendance, certificates of completion, or other course-related matters may submit a formal grievance.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to Muscle Masters Self Care Services within 30 calendar days of the incident or course completion.
The written complaint should include the participant's name, contact information, course title, date of attendance, a description of the concern, and the resolution being requested.
Acknowledgment and Review:
All formal grievances will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receipt.
Muscle Masters Self Care Services will review the complaint, gather relevant information, and conduct an impartial evaluation of the circumstances.
Resolution Process:
A written response outlining the findings and any proposed resolution will be provided within 15 business days of receiving the grievance whenever reasonably possible.
Potential resolutions may include corrective action, additional instruction, course credit, a refund when appropriate, or other reasonable measures.
If additional time is required, the participant will be notified of the delay and provided with an updated timeline.
Appeals Process:
Participants dissatisfied with the initial resolution may submit a written appeal within 10 business days of receiving the decision.
Appeals will be reviewed by the program administrator or another appropriate reviewer who was not responsible for the original decision, whenever possible.
A final written determination will be provided within 15 business days of receiving the appeal.
Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:
All grievances will be handled with professionalism and discretion. Information will be shared only with individuals necessary to investigate and resolve the complaint or as otherwise required by law.
Participants will not face retaliation or discrimination for submitting a grievance in good faith.
Documentation
Muscle Masters Self Care Services will maintain records of formal grievances, investigations, resolutions, and appeals in accordance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
4. CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT
Muscle Masters is committed to unbiased, ethical, high-quality continuing education. Instructors and course developers disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence content.
5. CONTINUING EDUCATION REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Muscle Masters Self Care Services offers professional continuing education courses designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and professional development of licensed massage therapists.
How to Register:
To register for a continuing education course, please email support@musclemastersatl.com with the following information:
1. Full name
2. Phone number
3. Email address
4. Massage therapy license number
5. State of licensure
6. Desired course and preferred training date
Once your registration request is received, we will review course availability and process your enrollment through our scheduling system.
Course Tuition and Payment Options
Course tuition starts at $475 per participant.
Participants may pay the full course tuition upfront or reserve their seat with a $120 non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance of $355 must be paid in full no later than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled course.

Payment instructions or a secure payment link will be provided via text message.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Class Enrollment
Each course requires a minimum of 4 participants and is limited to a maximum of 10 students to ensure personalized instruction and quality hands-on training.
If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered a full refund, including deposits, or the opportunity to transfer to a future course.
Course Schedule
Our 24-hour continuing education course is conducted over three consecutive days.
Class Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily, including a one-hour lunch break.
Course Materials and Equipment
Digital course materials, preparation instructions, and equipment requirements will be emailed to registered participants before their scheduled training.
Participants may be required to bring their own portable massage table or massage chair on designated training days. Specific equipment requirements will be communicated in advance.
All registrations, deposits, payments, cancellations, and transfers are subject to the published Muscle Masters Continuing Education Cancellation and Refund Policy.
